Peftjauawybast in hieroglyphs

The fourth pharaoh of the Unplaced kings, a.k.a. Peftjaubast

Peftjauawybast was the king of Nen-nesut (Herakleopolis), but the circumstances surrounding his ascension is unclear. He was likely installed as governor by the advancing Piye during his conquest, and controlled the area near Herakleopolis. After the death of Osorkon III, he proclaimed himself king, adopting a royal titulary.
