Intef V in hieroglyphs

The fourth pharaoh of the Seventeenth Dynasty, a.k.a. Sekhemra-Wepmaat Intef

Ruled Upper Egypt from Thebes during the late Second Intermediate Period, maintaining peaceful relations with the Fifteenth Dynasty, likely paying tribute to the dynasty in the north. The short reign suggests that he met a violent end.
