The Fourteenth Dynasty emerged in the eastern delta and existed concurrently with the Thirteenth Dynasty.
The considerable number of ephemeral kings indicates a weak government, potentially exacerbated by a prolonged famine. This may provide a partial explanation for the rapid decline of these kingdoms to the emerging Hyksos power around 1650 BC. In accordance with Manethonian tradition, the Fourteenth Dynasty have long been thought to have ruled from Xois. However, recent archaeological excavations have revealed the existence of a substantial royal palace in Avaris. Consequently, it is now thought that Avaris, rather than Xois, was the seat of power.
The chronological order
It is important to note that the chronological order of the pharaohs is an evolving subject and should therefore be treated with a certain degree of caution. As new research is conducted, the order may be subject to change, which is a fundamental principle that applies to all Egyptian dynasties.

The Fourteenth Dynasty according to Manetho
The contents of their epitomes of Aegyptiaka must have been quite different, as can be seen from the differences between the more complete text of Africanus and the missing information of Eusebius.

Fourteenth dynasty of 76 kings of Xois, who reigned for 184 years
These reigned for 184 years
Syncellus:in another copy 484 years
Fourteenth dynasty of 76 kings of Xois
who reigned for 484 years
It is worthy of note that the Armenian translation includes the figure of 484, despite Eusebius himself providing the more widely cited figure of 184 years. However, Syncellus observes that another copy of Eusebius also cites the number 484, indicating that there may have been some discrepancy in the original source.
New Kingdom king lists
The Fourteenth Dynasty in the Turin King List contains 50 kings.
